Can understand the Parking aspect, however, this puzzled me as quite a way from any residential property.
Most take-aways have little or no parking areas either ?
Would think a chain like Dominoes would be very welcome as, I believe, their pizzas are very good, and would attract flow into town (even during the day).
Ok ... realise they have to abide by our planning rules.
