There's a perfect subject waiting for him, as I've already told him - five quid in on Saturday, support urgently needed. Plus it gives him scope for his property renovation mania - stands to be painted, terraces to be weeded. It'd be a lot more fulfilling than his futile attempts at trying to save a building which has gone beyond saving.
