I like it here
My son and his wife are making great progress with the unpacking - I expect to be fully installed by weekend.
Sitting on the balcony in the sun, having morning coffee, reminds me of holidays in Italy.
Neighbours are friendly and civilised, and their children are well behaved.
Once I recover from the vapours from gloss paint (landlady thought she was doing me a favour by 'refreshing' woodwork) I expect to resume my contented life style.
Children play on the grass in front of these flats - I enjoy watching them and we exchange smiles and 'hellos'.
I know I did the right thing in moving - just need a little recovery time - I am very exhausted.
