Having worked with Coley a few years ago I can confirm that he is indeed a single minded, stubborn determined person all the things you need to be to be a successful manager. Of course these things are sometimes a weakness as well as a strength but his name is on the team sheet so why should he listen to anyone on here. We are as the paying public entitled to our opinions non the less.
