I was wondering who saw the TV program on channel 4 last night about the amount of people dying from falling in the various Manchester canals/rivers in last 6 years.

So I am asking the question do you think it's a serial killer or just accidental deaths - I tend to think it's probably accidental for various reasons, but can never be 100% sure?
