I have a question about website latency, is it true that a one second delay in page load speed causes an average 7% drop in conversion, 11% drop in page views and 16% drop in customer satisfaction? this is for e-commerce sites.

How do you reduce latency and speed up content delivery?If you have any ideas on how to solve website latency problems faster, please share it with me. I would greatly appreciate it. thanks!
