accident on the Whalley Road at the cross roads where the hare & hounds junction is, I came passed it just before 1700 hours and a motor bike with L plates on was laying in the middle of the cross roads, I have often thought this junction was dangerous, I just can't understand why there is no filter light for traffic coming into Accrington and wanting to turn right into Blackburn Road. hope the rider is Ok
