I have had extensive experience, but could not guarantee that in circumstances where a family member was in dire straits, I would remain cool and collected.

I test my family quite regularly ..theyre used to getting phone calls from ambulance men/women and strangers with the words do you know the person whos phone this is .. shes ill ...shes been took in an ambulance to ....
