It is all a bit scary....we are just going to be a district in the United States of Europe.....and unless we leave at the end of March without delay....we are stuffed.

The Lisbon treaty is deliberately obtuse and difficult to make sense of.
The political elite do not WANT us to be informed of these things....they want to sleep walk us into this morass of rules and regulations over which we will have zero power.
