So, the local shoplifter (just out for 2 days after his latest 18 month stretch) and what is he offering?
A high vis camouflage jacket!
Now, I just can't get my head around it.
If it was a useful item so far as camouflage I can understand him getting away with it.
BUT if it's supposed to have been high vis the shop owner should have seen him trying to nick it.
Who would wear such a thing?
A shy show off?
A terrorist that isn't on a suicide mission?
A pillock?
We see civilians wandering around wearing camouflage trousers and jackets they are sad, but at least they aren't trying to flaunt it.
Or are they?
