I have been accessing this register for a quite a while...for as long as I have been searching.
I think accessibility to more names have been released due to the passage of time.
If there is the possibility that someone on the register is still alive(that means less than 100 years old) then you cannot view their details....it is in the 'closed' part of the register.
This register is being updated all the time.
