Hi gemz, sorry to here that your parents are leaving. It's a sad situation when they have to do that.
Hopefully things will improve in the future. The development will help a little, plus we have the wardens now.
The council really need to be cracking down on nuisance householders & juvenile problems. If they don't all the decent people will be moving out and the place is going to get even worse. :'( >
