Three young men with 3 children have set up a barbeque on the back lawn of the flat next door.
I have had to close my windows at the back to keep out the smoke and foul greasy smell.
They are not residents - they just saw a patch of unfenced lawn and set up a picnic with barbeque- barefaced cheek!!!!
I don't believe this - one man has just strolled off the path a few a feet and had a 'public urination event'
