Not seen the one in the co-op but am sure I saw a house share advertised in one of the houses going up whalley road (from accrington) just past cartridge world and the florists on the left hand hand. Think that the price was similar (might even be the same one) (This was a couple of weeks ago though so may not be there anymore but may be worth a look)
