Mick you cant make people have pics of certain things, if they have them then i'm sure they will put them on, if they havent then they simply can't, other than this specific comp there has been a really good response to the photo competition....because people could go out and take pics of the things they where asked to....the carnival was weeks ago, its not something from everyday life is it, it all depends on the subject matter
