Re: The Blythes Safety Threat and Church Redevelopment.
My husband owned Hargreaves warehouse plus the red brick factory at one time. He did look into changing the use of the factory to residential properties and was told this wasn't viable as there were restrictions on residents living so close to Blythes. So I am assuming that is how things stand today.
