Well boys and girls, 5 games left, 15 points to play for and next up we entertain the Bulls of Hereford United at the Crown on Saturday afternoon. Hereford are currently 18th on 50 points along with Crewe and Macc, only 4 behind us in 14th having played one more than we have. The Bulls have lost on their last 2 league outings, at home to Grimsby (sound familiar?) and away at Bournemouth (also sounds familiar). Stanley got their 1st point at Darlo on Saturday but were unable to build on that on Tuesday night when we lost yet again to a Port Vale side pushing for the playoffs.

Our previous - not good from a Stanley viewpoint - since we trounced Hereford to the Conference title and we both went up, we have only managed to beat them once, drawn once and lost the other 3 including this season at Edgar Street back in September.

Im trying to be positive but Im getting a feeling this will be a really drab affair but what do you all think? Deadline for entries will be kick off which is this coming Saturday, 17th April at 15:00GMT
