16: It shall be the responsibility of the trader to insure his stock, fixtures, fittings and any other valuables brought into the stall or storage against damage by fire, theft or flood.

In other words, you're on your own boys. Point 15 is a belter.
In reference to point 15, why does it say 'nor shall he have a claim'.

Is this not applicable for the female market traders?

They should take a test case to court, if that's the contract they signed.

Not very politically correct is it?

I thought H.B.C. supported equality.

Or does that just mean everything we get comes in three languages?
