I THINK ITS DUE TO THE WAR IN IRAQ AS THE PUBLIC HAVE TO BE MADE AWARE OF THE PROBLEMS IF IT WAS TO BE BOMBED.IF it was to be attacked the only place id evacuate to is the cellar.
