One thing to note is we never have a problem with people coming to pick up a pay check and see out their days.

Everyone at the club is hungry - if they weren't they'd be in the conference earning more.

I think it's easy to forget the value of being able to let go players easily - if they aint up to the mark they are out quick enough and without the mistake being too costly.
