Re: Mariners Match Tread

Agree, prob start with the same team, although jackson looked like he had a tight hamstring by the end of the game on Saturday. What's the weather been up to in accy? Pitch seemed to take the heavy shower well during the last game. It's bucketing it down in cheshire tonight!

Re: Mariners Match Tread

tonight and for the rest of september we are playing teams in the bottom quarter of the league. on paper we should beat em all but remember this is stanley who,d play better at exeter than a struggling side. we,ve seen it all before.

bottom of the table sides, I take nowt for granted just a look back Yeovil trounced 8-2 by Luton and just one week later with the same team sheet they beat us 3-2

BBC Breakfast Forecast suggests possible odd showers during the day but a very windy front bringing in heavy rain from 6pm onwards. I agree Tom, the pitch on Saturday was fantastic but I hope that it stands up to tonight's battering.

After their 5-1 thrashing last week at the hands of Mansfield, this has all the ingredients of another Yeovil.
Don't think it will be the walkover some are predicting but still hope we will prevail.

Re: Mariners Match Tread

Agree, won't be a walk-over unless, with the forecast, the players can walk on water.
