Nick Anderton moved to Carlisle on 18 month contract missed an excellent left back there but wages almost certainly an issue and training on plastic is no attraction either as Nick will know, sooner we have our own grass to train on the better less hamstring pulls ask Jordan he will testify to that.

Is Simpson injured or just not involved? Wouldn't be surprised if the latter because whenever we've loaned him out to a club at a decent level he's never got himself into contention. Steven Pressley didn't speak highly of him at Carlisle.

We signed him 2 years ago when he was just 17, supposedly beating Premier League clubs in the process but he's just never really kicked on or done anything, although some of these big, lanky strikers are often late developers.

On other note, do you guys think Dion Charles has what it takes to play higher in the future? Don't think we're 'in for him' or anything like that at the moment but heard we'd been keeping an eye on him.

Doesn't get near the 18 squad on match day and that,s with most strikers at the club injured so it would appear the latter shame because we could do with a big presence upfront at times.

might be a case of getting his move to a big club a bit too early in his career. hardly played that much first team football when you signed him and might have been better when signing him to loan him back to pools straight away.

That's all it is a bit of old Accy gossip or " information" all a bit MI6 that my gossip is just a bit of interest and fun about the club and in the past our gossip as been right or not far from the mark. I realize that the club and management need to keep things as under wraps as they can for obvious reasons but you will never stop the speculation and gossip part of supporting any club.
