They got 1,500 last season in Rnd 2 v Morecambe with ticket prices blended average coming lower than £10. 1000 sales means around 2k watching, i seriously doubt there will be more than 1000 sales.

Err Not Quite

After you take off the VAT, the part that goes to the company who run the service for the FL, a small cut to the FL themselves and the cost of certain services that the clubs themselves pay for out of their cut and the clubs are left with just about 50% or in other words about a fiver.

So taking the two estmates people have made the income will be somewhere between £12500 on 5k of sales and just £2500 on a thousand hardly the money spinner some people were hoping especially when you consider the most likley thousand people to pay to watch a league game will for the first few at least be getting it for free as part of their season ticket package.

And yes this is a cup game so its split down the middle now the FL say an amicable arrangement was reached to split the league game sales more evenly but i would be pretty sure that isnt a 50/50 split or we would have heard the winging from the SOL and Fratton Park weeks ago.
