Living on my own, most of the time, I fear being taken seriously ill, and am unable to contact any one. I do have emergency cover and a defused alarm system, but if you collapse that ain't much good

Gangs of youths. They just look menacing even when they are probably totally harmless.
I came home one evening and rounded the corner to see what looked like a gang of lads sitting on and milling about round our garden wall. Quite unnerving. Then when I got a little closer I realised that two of them were my daughters (in jeans and hooded jackets) and the rest were their friends!

I can't say that very much scares me - I really don't like needles or spiders but I cope with them when I have to.
I suppose the only things that do bother me is the thought of outliving my son or losing my independence whether it's through an accident or illness or worse still a man!

Absolute pitch darkness scares me. I can't sleep in a room that hasn't got at least a tiny chink of light. I can't even stay in a room like that, I start to feel I'm suffocating and I panic, but a pinprick of light and I'm fine.
I have a sort of phobia for daddy-long-legs but I'm not so much scared of them as revolted by them. I like spiders.

im scared of dying, not to die, but to die now, my kids need me and the thought of them not having a mum terrifies me, if my number came up now then id be a spook and protect my kids and haunt the gits i cannot stand!

Being in the eu, our useless government, our cr*p legal system, uncontrolled immigration, the pc brigade and the do gooders. All scare me, not much else except maybe bumping into a drunken flashy in a dark room! lol
