I won a pool game ... a singles pool game and we also won 5-4 so we won the match!!! We were actually getting beat 4-3 when entwisi put me on ... probably expecting me to get beat as usual ...... but you should have seen his face after when i won ... was a picture!!! But after i won .. and it went to the final game ... entwisi was the last singles player ... and he won as well. There is a story as well to go with this as well.

We do a football card as well pays for the food the pub puts on. Anyway bro sent me a text message do you want me to come and pick you up ... course i did but i hadnt played yet so might have to wait. Anyway he lands as im starting my game ... they asked if he wanted a go on the card he said yeah ok...

oh my ....why did entwisi send me that invitation so long ago and why did i open it and sign up for it.

You can tell im getting better ... i opened my emails all 121 of them well close .. most of em i deleted without opening, saved the microsoft till im feeling 200%, but there were a load from facebook ... so i opened em and took me to the website ... rindy had kidnapped me beijing, tinks had kidnapped me to dubai, or was it mumbai ... she'd also sent me 2 firemen ... they were nice .. mel had sent me a game thing ... i dont know how to work the thing .. i dont use it .. which mel knows we've had discussions on this before ... and i think she'd given up on me!!!

Well i tried .. and i've ended up with more friends...

Our Jo and John were going to a ball at a place in Much Wenlock, Staffs. Peter and his girlfriend, Claire, were going to Skegness for the weekend. Who goes to Skegness in November? Come to think of it, who goes to Skegness at all? There was a reason for them going but, I've forgotten what it was.

So, Travis needed to come for the night. He duly arrived at 1.30 p.m. with his bed, his bowls, his food and his lead. He bounded in and panted up to the cat who hissed at him but didn't run away - well done, Maddie. As his mum and dad drove away he watched through the dining room window but there was no whining and he just trotted to me for some fuss.

An hour later he was put on the lead and walked round...

How can i tell? Because im hungry even after eating my tea!!!! lol Im getting the appetite back and making up for not eating them couple of days plus after the fit it was hard to eat as well. Still cant eat anything spicy but im getting better!!!

Saturday i made broth for my sister and her partner. He'd been complaining that i hadnt made it him and that my brother was the favoured one ... i'd been winding him up left right and centre before i was ill saying i'd only make it for my sis ... but when i was ill sis had gone out and done shopping for me so to say thanks i said i'd make a pan of broth for them ... so made it sat and they came for tea .... also brought nephew as well.

It was exercise class # 2 today.

We all did our exercises, diligently, me with the ton-weight on my shoulder, and then we settled down for the coffee and biscuits and the TALK.

Steve, one of the physiotherapists, did the presentation. How to conserve energy - not global energy but one's own - was the theme. They were on about not overdoing it when cooking, cleaning etc. and I just thought about me sweeping up the leaves, today, in my back garden and down the side of my kitchen and garage before I went to the class. Well, yes, it left me a bit breathless but I reckon it would have done the same 30 years ago when I was young and fit.

Anyway all was fairly serene until they gave out the handouts....
