Anyone got anything from South Africa they would lend me to help decorate a stall for Hassy Street Fair in September - i will look after it i promise and return it to you. I knew i shouldnt have gone to that meeting on thursday night!!!!

So what have i been doing?

Well besides swearing at the computer and the printer, catching up on my sleep after spug went home, trying to ring people and all i was getting was an ansaphone and finally thinking im going to throw this flipping fone through the window, shouting at spuggie cos he rang me up when NCIS was on ... i told you i was addicted ... now he asks when its on and i'll ring you after!!!
He learnt his lesson i tell you!!! lol

This is the last bit. I rang for a taxi to bring us home from the meet and it ended up it was ginger bringing us home. All the way home it was about the cook off..... id told slinks about the curry spug had made ... so we are now having a cook off spug vs ginger one night at mine - spug cooking ... one nite at slinks and gingers ... ginger cooking and me and slinks are the guinea pigs!!!! Its going to be when spug moves down .... in a couple of months. I wonder how long it will take for me to get used to living with someone again .. Anyway sunday morning he got up and went to maccydees for my brekkie - and forgot the tomato ketchup so he stuck some in a bowl and brought it up to me. Such a sweetie ... yes i'll miss that when hes moves down...

Little princess was quite specific about what she wanted for her birthday......She wanted a Princess bed. Has been reminding us for weeks that that is what she most desires.
Her mum has been using 'The Princess Bed' as an inducement to good behaviour(er....I haven't noticed it has worked that well....but who knows maybe she could have been worse)
Anyway after her spate of naughtiness...her Mum told her that 'Mary Fairy' was very disappointed in her, and that because of this the production of the bed had been halted...until she could prove that she was a good girl.
Princess(Miss Bossy Drawers) also wanted the Disney Fairy Princess bed set......well that arrived but not the bed. She also asked for chocolates(see, I told you....proper...

I told you a few days ago that ma had itchy feet and had booked a 'Mystery Break' with Robinsons.....it is a mystery no more.
On Monday we decamp to the good old Isle of Wight.....well, we have been getting withdrawal symptoms, it IS nearly 3 months since we were last there.
I did get a sneaking suspicion that ma would have liked to have gone to Torquay....but she is also pleased that we will be going to somewhwerw where we know the staff....and she dies like sitting out and watching the cruise liners come up To Southampton.
When we have gone away to places out of season, we have often mused and wondered what the place is like in summer......whether it is better, or whether the crowds detract from the place.......well we are...

Well i got kicked out of bed again ... so another sleepless night again for me. Anyway he got up .... and made me a brew in bed .... not breakfast in bed ... a brew in bed!!! We were supposed to be meeting his mum in town at 12.30 not the supposed we got there about 1.30pm. Then we went shopping. He'd bust his holdall coming down and so wanted a new one for going home with, also something for tea. So we wandered round town ... and i pointed out a new case for him.... it was pink it was floral and he nearly killed me in the centre of town!!!! I got a new outfit for the meet and he mentioned he needed something to wear for the meet as he'd not brought anything down for it... plus he said he wanted to go the officers club - told him it had...
