It's been a interesting 12 months, this time last year I was looking for a job and paid good money to go to Morocco to fly a Boeing 737-800 for 500 flight hours. As things turned out I was offered a job in July with a rival airline based in Casablanca, flying both the 737-800 and the older 737-400. So now I get home to Accrington and my Girl once a month for a week or so.

Just wanted to say that really. Its been over two months, well 9 weeks and 3 days, but who's counting. Miss my girl, our home and cats. I will be back in dear old blighty for just over a week and then back to the millstone. The really annoying thing is, last week I was in England, well Heathrow, we flew in satyed for an hour or so and left. I had time to have a chat with the dispatcher and get a copy of the Times, but did not have chance to pop into the terminal to get any mags. So, thanks to BA stoping a nice direct flight from London to Casablanca, I have to get the train to Marrakesh (60's Style) tonight and will be at the airport there about 1am, my flight leaves at 7.30 in the morning get to gatwick for lunch then get the BA shuttle back to Man, be home for tea. I was going to get the train, but the plane is costing me £90 return, lowest price for Virgin, Euston to Preston was £120. Plus getting around London. So I will not be here for a week or so, as relaxing at home and doing some jobs around the house. Cannot wait
