Smoking AGAIN

well i'm sad to say i'm back on the dreaded weed, have been since 6th of May when i found out that a good friend of mine had commited suicide at the age of 64, her death was too hard for me to get my head around...so i started smoking again, terrible of me i know but i had to console myself somehow, she was a beautiful lady, always had a smile and a nice word to say for everyone, she is sadly missed...R.I.P M.B xxx
I know the smoking isnt good for my chest but i'd put over a stone in weight on since i stopped back in December and i looked (and still look) terrible, i went back on the fags and started going swimming and to the gym, i'm also doing my usual bike riding to try and shift the weight, its coming off slowly...the weight i went to i'd never ever been that big in my whole life...do i die of obesity or do i put up with chest problems? BIG question, i opted for the chest problems, i've NEVER been a big smoker, only ever smoked 5/6 a day at the most (am i just trying to justify my smoking again?), i tend to be a social smoker more than anything, when i'm here on my own i dont smoke at all, only tend to have one when people who smoke come round, its 12.05 pm and i havent had one yet....but i will

Try again, Flashy, I know you can do it because you're a strong personality. I gave up a few years ago, after smoking for well over 40 years, know how hard it is so I'll be with you in spirit every step of the way.

be careful shaz, i once had a dog that i thought i'd trained not to eat, was fine fer a couple of weeks, then............... it died.
