Limbo

I know others that feel the same but I really do feel I'm in some state of limbo at the moment. It's that weird time of year when you are just coming down from all the hectic rush of Christmas/New Year and it's so damn miserable weather wise.

I did start my walking again today, as some of you know who have read my blogs I suffer from a bad back and asked the doctor the best form of exercise. She said I was best to get walking... so walking is what I'm doing.

The doc advised to walk briskly, don't carry anything and swing your arms. So if you see a mad woman walking down the street with arms swinging wildly please say hello

Anyway back to the limbo. I think it's also a very thoughtful time as usually you have just spent time with family and maybe people you don't see very often. I seem to have noticed more than ever that people are ageing. Maybe it's a sense of my own mortality and that the years seem to pass even quicker or maybe it's the fact that I'm single once again!!

I suppose when it comes down to it, once again I'm feeling a bit lost and in limbo and obviously reflective!!!
