Limbo 2

Well nearly a week has passed since my last blog and yet here I am still stuck in this weird limbo land.
My state of mind and emotions seem to be all over the place, and yet I can't pin down what it is or what's caused it. Maybe it's a mixture of things!
All I do know is that I could do with a right good kick up the rear end to be polite.
On a positive note though, I am still continuing the walking and I even went swimming on Friday night. Oh how my arms ached. It has been a long time since I had swam any distance as usually when I go with the kids you don't get any serious swimming done, but I reckon I did myself proud on Friday and am planning to repeat it again this week, eventually working to twice a week.
Now you may think, well done for getting in there. Strange thing is as a child I was a competetive swimmer and swam for Yorkshire!! Weird eh... Maybe I'll blog about my swimming one of these days

Re: Limbo 2I think it is a combination of anti-climax after Christmas.....a broken relationship and dull miserable weather.......Hope the kick up the bum won't be too painfull.

Re: Limbo 2Hope you feel better soon. I think margaret is right, anti-climax after xmas, having to return to work, getting on top of the bills again after all the spending....... it's enough to send anyone into depression.
