I have been waiting for one of those 'cold call' phone calls.
Ever since I read the Thread about how people deal with these I have been waiting to put into action one of the methods of dealing with them.
When I got one of these phonecalls I was going to ask who was calling......then ask if they were a friend or relative of the deceased
...just to see what their reaction was.
I have just had a chap on the phone from N-Power......and what did I do?
I blew it!!!!!
He asked for hubby....I asked what he wanted him for...and when I heard it was a sales call I told him in no uncertain terms not to phone again and to remove this number from their database.....Grrrrrrr! I could have had such fun and I missed my chance.
Do you think perhaps i should get out a bit more?
Ps...watch out for the Dogblogs!
