Mum's back......she came back very late on Friday night a couple of weeks ago now.
I tell you I was quite worried.
I thought she wasn't coming back.....and while I like dad a lot, he can be just a tad grumply....and sometimes he shouts at me...usually when I pee in the wrong place in the back yard......he likes me to position myself near the grate so that he can wash the wee down the grate with the watering can.

I was glad to see Mum come home......she came huffing and puffing in out of the taxi........ignored me completely....and went straight to the kettle to make a 'good brew'.

I think she had a good time....and I know that the weather was very good for them.......in fact she is just a bit brown.......she...

Phew, I have been waiting all day to get a turn on the keyboard.
You Know, I'm quite enjoying this......pity it will all end tonight for a few days......my little legs aren't long enough to reach the switch that switches this machine on....and Mum is going away with Grandma Duck.
Don't ask who Grandma Duck is......I haven't the foggiest, but the little lad and his sister who come to play over here, are always going on about her........so she must be somebody pretty important.

When I first arrived at my new home it was all very strange, but in a good way...well, that is except for the black furry animal who arched her back and spat at me.......she said some very rude words.....things that i am not encouraged to say.....but...

It is really sad when you have to be separated from your parents......not that I can actually remember much about it...after all it was a long time ago in dog years.

It was even sadder to lose my owner, but I was soon very much at home with my new 'mum and dad'....now don't get all picky on me......I know that bilologically...no what I really meant was, biologically we are not related.....I still think of them as my Mum and Dad......after all they feed me,(yum...any more in that dish?)......take me out to do wees(and the other - just wish they wouldn't watch...it is just soooooooooooo embar - can't spell that, anyway I'm shy).....go for walkies along the canal bank.....they stop those bullying swans from coming near me......and...

Hello I'm Gizmo......
you remember don't you Gizmo, the adopted one....the one of rotund proportions and the stumpy tail that wags.

I'm not sure how this is going to go, because right now I am having difficulty.....something to do with claws on the Keyboard.......please be kind if I get things wrong....and any little doggy treats that you can throw my way would be very welcome!
There has recently been talk of a 'diet'...and it was said in words that lead me to believe that a 'diet' is not a very nice thing....it was said in a much different voice to the usual 'walkies'......now that brings a skip to my step.....Walkies......it just dances off the tongue....and when I see the lead being lifted off the hook I can hardly...
