Well we are now in to October, and I am still not smoking, got a weight problem but am breathing a lot better

Well boxing day 2005 seems back in the distant past, still going strong not touched a cig since then. Slight problem with the weight but am working on that.................5 boxes of Amber Leaf still for sale cheap.

This must be a record for me at least, still going strong NO CIGS. Must say that I do want one but am afraid to try. Am thinking of all the money to be saved, not to mention my health
