Last Week

Posted 31-12-2005 at 16:46 by park381

It all started on Boxing day.............a very heavy cold. Breakfast on Tuesday morning was a sad site, my normal cup of coffee and cig were not going down very well. So Tuesday passed with no more cigs. Wednesday came, and passed with no cigs. Thursday came, I thought have I, but no Thursday passed, still no cigs. Friday came, feeling a little better, eating a little more, still no cigs. Now Saturday and feeling a lot better, but the cig packet is still not opened.
That is where I am up to, a 20+ a day roll your own smoker, on his 5th day without a cig. This was not intended it just happened that way.
I will add to this as the new year, a question of, is it going to continue or will I slip back to the ways of the weed again.

Parky I really hope you stick with it.

Five days you've done, you can do it. Do it for your new grandchild.

    Happy new year.

Glad you are feeling better Parky........hope the temporary no smoking turns into something permanent. Well done on the 5 days as a non-smoker.
