... manflu!!!! 
I feel rotten .. for the last couple of weeks ive been sneezing on and off. Sunday night i got a sore throat .. so dosed it with buttercup syrup and sucked on a couple of jakemans throat and chest relievers to try and ease it. Yesterday morning the cold came out with full force ... and i now have a nose like a belicia beacon .. bright red .. with all the nose blowing ive been having to do. Ive a little bin next to the computer and ive had to empty it twice since sunday because of all the tissues that were in it!!!
Got the menthol crystals out and the big big big mug that i use for them and have been using them. Olbas oil for my pillow at night plus a mug of menthol at the side of the bed .. and i still didnt sleep right good!!!
So got the first cold of the autumn/winter .. how long is it going to last ... god knows.

Oh Jen......get better soon......some Lemon, honey and ginger will help you too......in a hot drink.
Plenty of fluids and rest, all that you can do really.

Jen, try Kleenex Balm tissues. Colds always give me a sore nose too and I've found these are really great. Get well soon.Posted 06-10-2009 at 14:51 by West Ender

i do normally have a stash of them tissues westender ... but ive ran out ... and have had to nip to the shop to get tissues .. thing is they dont sell them ..so had to get what they had ..
