Well, Saturday was busy busy busy!!

Saturday afternoon I went to The Willow, in B/burn. They were having a charity reverse bungee jump.4 Friends from where I used to work were doing the jump for charity. 2 of them sat in the Ball, then they were flung 200ft into the air!! It looked fantastic, and I wanted to go on but didn't get the chance....oh well maybe next year The charity event was for a childrens hospital.

Well...after that I had to do a mad dash to get home, get showered, then meet the IN-Laws and all Gingers side of the family in B/burn for a Chinese meal. It was Gingers mum's 60th. It was at one of those places....eat what you can for so much!!

Well yesterday was very very scary for me.

I took some of my sleeping tablets on Tuesday night. They worked a treat which i was glad about. I took them at 22:00pm and was flat out by 22:30pm I woke at 01:00am and was very tired still. I was led in bed when all off a sudden....It hit me like a ton of bricks....DENTIST AT 10:50am tomoz that was it.. sleepless night.

I hate the dentist!! i worry all night, then work myself up to a heart attack the day I have to go.
I knew i needed a filling, so it made it worse cos I knew what was coming.

So off I went. Actually they are always really good to me cos they know how scared I am, but that does not help me at all.

Where do I start??

My sleep problems have been going on since October now.

I go to bed!! all intentions of going to sleep!! then 1am, 2am,3am 4am......hear milk man....then 5am I can finally drift off to sleep.
EVERY single night!! Then I am shattered all day long....... then come evening....fell tired. Get kids off to bed, get uniforms ready....feel ready for bed....1am,2am,3am,4am....milkman,5am....I'm a walking zombie!! but I can't seem to do anything!!

Hold on what day are we on?? Tuesday..... Sunday night... I went to bed at 00:00am. I had done the hot milk....warm bath..even the aromatherapy candles. Cuddled up in bed.....5am when I fell asleep....yet again.

Well ever since my kids started going Ice skating lessons on a Saturday morning, the lie in's are out the window.

Every Saturday the kids go to Blackburn Ice arena for Ice skating lessons, then they have a 2 hour skate on afterwards.
I actually enjoy going and watching them skate. My eldest is onto badge five and my youngest who only started 2 weeks ago is working towards his 2nd badge.
When they first started going, the arena wasn't very busy.... could get through, get skates and get skates on in about 10 minutes.
This morning no chance, they were queuing right out the door..I didn't understand why it was so busy...until someone told us that it always gets busy when dancing on ice is on you know the...
