a little bit of a somewhere for me to ramble on more than usual
Corn and corny

Well maybe the good folks of Accrington should be warned that if they see some loony woman wandering the streets tapping various parts of her body, rolling her eyes and humming "Jingle Bells" in reverse it is no cause for alarm. It's only me using Paul McKenna's technique to avoid a craving for something fattening or harmful. I'm not actually sure that I do have problems with cravings very often but we shall see if this works if and when I do.
I'm not sure I can remember the proper sequence to do it all in though. I wonder what would happen if I got it wrong? Would I develop a sudden urge to do something else instead?
I need to find somewhere I can obtain supplies of wheat straw to make corn dollies. I haven't bought any for years and I've lost the address of the place I used to get it from. I haven't made any for a while either so I'd better have a bit of a practice before I start trying to teach anyone else. It should be fun though.
