The young chap who co-starred in the film lived opposite me and I was a drinking mate of his parents, Sue and Mark Dearden. Sue died but I haven't seen Mark for a few years now.

Have you started flogging films again, showing off your gaff?

Put me down for one.

Filming in Accrington

Hi, it will probably be MONTHS before the Accrington Homes under the Hammer is shown, but as soon as I hear anything, I will let you all know. Should be rather an interesting one.

Lovely house, after they'd done it.

Where abouts is it?

Looked similar to the early Victorian houses near St. Jame's church, although know it wasn't there.

The update, where they revalue the house. after refurbishment, it said was done in March of this year.

Should imagine it'll be on BBC-i player, for anyone who's missed it.

Re: Filming in Accrington

Now available at
BBC iPlayer - Homes Under the Hammer: Series 14: Episode 116
Accrington looks very good indeed and it starts at 31.11 but the whole programme isn't bad to be fair
