Flasher Spotted in Oswaldtwistle
Stop Press...........Flasher spotted today on Union Road Oswaldtwistle...... .....The suspect appeared to be walking up and down Union Road road flashing at shop windows........ She has recently been named as our very own Gayle Knight ...........The local Police said when they catch her, they will take down her particulars and see what develops.......
