Flowers in Ossy??
I like the fact that the council have tried to make Ossy look nicer with the hanging baskets and big flower pots, and think they look great but I am slightly confused.
On the big flower pots at the memorial and next to the Co-op it says "Floral Market Town" to my knowledge Ossy is not a market town. Has it ever been? I'm presuming that they bought them in bulk for the whole of Hyndburn.  |

How come,besides Accy,PB's beloved Ossy gets them
There's non down Church,that iv'e seen.Any one else spotted any outside Accy,Ossy & (i think) Burnley Rd.Total waste of OUR money.
