Neighbourhood Watch
Is the rhyddings park neighbourhood watch still in operation, do they still meet in the stop & rest, not heard anything for a while, or are they being over-shadowed by the friends of rhyddings park

Re: Neighbourhood Watch
Yes they do. I heard from an un-named connected source today that some of the land near to Hippings School is being sold for housing.

Probably but not mine, it's further down. Just a bit frightening as it isn't brown field land. The Council would soon fill their budget defecit if they sold off all our green field sites for housing though.

I heard that the residents close to hippings school have been having problems with...........in the school grounds late at night.
If land is sold for housing, it will make dropping off & collecting children from hippings school even more difficult, oh that would be out of the neighbourhood watch area would'nt it

Are you sure it's not a brown field site, there are houses across from hippings, and allotments to the left of the houses. That is unless they are planning on a little bit of demolition.............the houses

Re: Neighbourhood Watch
I'm not sure, I thought it was land belonging to the school.
I'll see what my mole can dig up, besides holes.

If it's land beloning to the school it could be LCC that's involved not HBC, now if you had said the playing field......that would solve a lot of problems for the rhyddings park neighbourhood watch, all those scramble bikes
