Re: ossy church?
I hope this was just renewal of planning consent.
I can't see them ever having enough dosh to build a church.
I was born and bred in Ossy and we just aren't gormless enough to give enough money for it
......or have things changed that much in 65 years?

I to have lived in ossy for a long time, not all my life but a good part of it, a modern building, church or oherwise would be better than the eye sore it is at the moment

It just needs levelling - a bit of gravel and tarmac - job done

Re: ossy church?
A bit of gravel and tarmac will transform into a useful local amenity - add a few Hyndburn flower tubs and it will merit a mention in the Observer.

The side elevation of the Pet Warehouse, a modern building which is on view now, isn't infact a thing of great beauty.
