that logo as always been on there, not anymore!, they have gutted the place now, im sure its gonna be a chemist, i live near there and recieved a letter stating what they where doing to it

If it is gonna be a chemist that's handy for me - my doctor's on the next block up!
I'm not that far away either, why didn't I get a letter? (No sulky smilie I can use either!) I must be on the wrong side of Ossy Mills!

I think silver birches have preservation orders on them and can only be felled if they are diseased or dangerous

I bet that is not a problem when the people who want to fell them are the ones who decide if they can

I think they're only protected within conservation areas and I don't know if that is in one.

Somehow Gayle I don't think some of the estates I work on in Blackburn are conservation areas  but they are still protected...or so I'm told by our tree lads
