Is it not time we started taking these old unused buildings down to make the town look more respectable?

There will be another fire there shortly to make sure that is unusable, in order to avoid the new rules on payment of business rates.
Let's hope the arsonists do a proper job this time - ie. 'unsafe' = demolition
