So we still don't have an answer as to what exactly this thread was about???

This Train is on the A66 near Darlington. It is made from over 200,000 Accrington Nori Bricks.

My goodness it quiet on here......... Bored!! lol :D

been through darlington a few times but ive never seen that, mind you the only thing you can see from the train going upto newcastle is the angel of the north....the poor thing looks like it needs a lick of paint

Flashy ya numpty, think what he wants are stories like this, etc., where Nori bricks have been used famously in the past or summat ??

Remember on a past thread, think it was Spuggie, mentioned they were in the foundations of the Empire State building .. how cool is that ?

In the Natural History Museum in London, in the room that has all sorts ofrocks etc in , there is a Nori brick - with a plaque saying that this is a definition of hardness
