One of the greatest football teams arouns (Accrington Stanly) in my opinion.

Being the town mentioned in the Punch Line of comedians' jokes, everybody laughs at the name ..why ?? I think it's lovely.

Yeh, but didn't the money they receive go towards building a new stand ?? And definitely put us on the map ..you know what they say about publicity. This was not sad at all.

the publicity and financial benefits were great i suppose, but its the most tedious thing on earth when you go somewhere and they ask you where your from and they go "accrington stanley! who are they?!?" and then you have to go along with it and humour them.....gives me headaches. lol
