Derek RADFORD (Artist)
There's an article in the current "Lancashire Life" magazine about this artist who is now 81 and lives in Surrey, but was born in accrington. He wrote and illustrated more than 20 children's books, and his latest works are of kids playing outside number 122 Water Street - which was where he lived as a child.
