He dropped the "h" from his name after he had a dream in which he was called Jonathon.

Does anybody remember when he called himself Hans Christian?

Re: Jon Anderson of the 70's group "YES"
Jon and Tony both worked with my dad on Procters farm when they were kids, and when i was a kid my dad took me to Tony's house on the Isle of Wight.
I must admit to loving Yes and Jon's other colaborations, his voice is so haunting.

Re: Jon Anderson of the 70's group "YES"
I bought that record! Doesn't anybody else remember it?
" You ask me if there'll come a time when I grow tired if you.
Never my love.
You ask me if this heart of mine will lose it's desire for you
Never my love."

Re: Jon Anderson of the 70's group "YES"
I spoke to his brothers Tony & Stuart last night and they have spoken with him recently. After a bad asthma spell which put him into a coma, his doc has said No more touring for a year. John lives in LA (That's not Lower Accrington)
He has posted a bulletin on the YES website.
Tony is a pastor living in Isle of Wight. recently at a church do he met a man he had worked with at Ewbank, but couldn't recall his name.
I remember Tony talking about working on Procter's farm. I think he took a job there on leaving the Grammar School. I took part in skiffle sessions with Tony in their Norfolk st house.
Their sister Joy is well too.
