If the stone the Hall was built from, was still stained by soot, I'm sure I'd have noticed the statue before today.

It stands out very clearly in this photograph.

Snap, Gary, don't think i've ever been in Gatty park either.

If you look on google maps it marks Elmfield Hall flats and Hyndburn BC have several web pages on Gatty Park. Quote: Gatty Park was formerly the grounds of Elmfield Hall, which now provides several flats and is used by the community for meetings and clubs.
