Forgotten Password
Can anyone help me with this.I have recently got back on broadband after a 6 month lay off but when i went to go back on outlook express it requested my password,which was sent to me previously by NTL & was a combination of letters & numbers and instantly forgetable.I had ticked the 'remember password ' box but this is now greyed out.I know this does'nt explain much but just hoping someone can help

Have you tried contacting NTL customer support, they maywell reset your password and send it on to you.
